Liposuction vs Abdominoplasty

Victor Manuel Perez, MD answers: Liposuction or Tummy Tuck for male with large frame?

I am 5'10 5'11 and I weigh around 215 lbs. I know I should be around 180-190. I have a large frame. What procedure could I take, Liposuction or Tummy Tuck? I already went to a certified plastic surgeon for gynecomastia surgery. The date is pending and I would like to kill 2 birds with 1 shot, since I am very afraid of needles and that sort of stuff. Thanks!

From the limited information and image, it appear that you may benefit from liposuction. It is impossible to know for sure if your skin will thighten after the procedure, but you have a good chance. These procedures can be performed at the same time. Being Board certified by the American Board of plastic surgery will assure you that the surgeon has the proper training, not the results.
