Check with your oncologist before having surgery.

Without seeing a picture, it would be difficult to determine which procedure(s) you would benefit from the most.  Chemotherapy causes your immune system to be depressed and therefore inhibits wound healing and increases the risk of developing an infection.

My advice would be to talk to your oncologist to see if he/she feels proceeding with an elective surgery is a good idea.  If he/she does, I would then recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon to determine which procedure(s) would best address your areas of concern.
