I wont get lipo if it means cottage cheese thighs afterwards. Should i be concerned about cellulite will result from lipo surgery?

Cellulite had long been misunderstood. We now know it has at least 4 different anatomic causes including some hormonal reasons. In general, Liposuction does not cause it, but it can make it more noticable, and sometimes make it look a bit better.
