Lipolysis injections in the face or a lipolysis cream?

In the past 2 years I have had a few treatments with lipolysis-injectables (they use phosphatidylcholine and inject it in to the areas with excessive fat). This year I found out that there are also creams which contains phosphatidylcholine. It is said to contain so-called transfermolecules, the same they use in nicotineplasters. How safe is lipolysis in the face? Is it possible that a cream could work as good as injectables in this case?
