My wife likes it, and she gets it periodically, but if she had to pay for it it would get expensive.

A more permanent solution is fat grafting. It can be done under local anesthesia, and that is permanent when harvested, processed, and injected correctly. It is totally your own tissue, so it is the ultimate kiss test injectable.

Finally, if your lip is a touch long, and by that I mean that when you gently part your lips you can't see the upper teeth, you might consider a lip lift. It will raise the curve of your lip and it looks fantastic. See some pics in the link below.

For soft, kissable lips that are undetectably enhanced, stick with hyaluronic acid gels (e.g. Restylane) or fat injections in the hands of an experienced injector.

Gortex can look good, but often feels too firm. Radiesse can cause long term lumps and therefore should always be avoided in the lips. Inexperienced injectors are also to be avoided because they frequently inject non-uniformly, also causing lumps. Follow this advice, and you will fly under the kissing radar!
