Latisse Side Effects in Washington, DC?

Anybody in the Washington, DC area have experienced side effects of Latisse? I've heard that it can darken the skin around your eyes, cause redness, irritation, maybe even a permanent iris color change.

Latisse Side Effects

All of the side effects you mentioned are listed on the Latisse website. It may also cause growth of hair outside the area of the lashes.
