Laser Treatment or Product for Large Pores and Orange Peel Skin?

I've tried so many different products and treatments now. So far: 3 treatments of Fraxel, 4 treatments of Laser Genesis, microdermabrasion, Obagi, 0.1% Retin-A, etc. Nothing seems to work. Thousands of dollars later, my skin still looks like this. I have a hard time even looking at people for a long time without turning away. I'm 30 years old, male Asian, and I'm just wondering what type of laser treatment or skin care product should I try next.

You have large pores. Peeling the skin with laser treatments, chemical peels, and other will NOT correct this, in fact may make it appear worse. Because... As you remove superficial layers, you expose more of your pores which DO NOT SHRINK. They are what they are in each of us. If your skin is oily, you may have sebum build up within the pores that you may not even be aware of. Try a medical facial with full face extractions followed by a light salicylic acid wash to help "dry out" your pores. If there is a great deal of sebum to be extracted, do this monthly. I also recommend a good L ascorbic Acid topical serum Daily along with a consistent regimen of Retin A to build collagen, thicken the dermis and epidermis and improve overall skin tone as well as aid in correcting hyperpigmentation. SkinCeuticals makes about the best Vitamin C in a 10, 15 and 20%. Start with the 15% and be patient, correction and new tissue growth takes time.
