Would you recommend an African American to get laser treatment for a Tattoo removal on the neck?

Hello,

Laser treatment can be very effective for tattoo removal on African American skin.  I would seek someone with specifically a q switched 1064 YAG laser for this purpose.  This laser is the most forgiving for pigment when it comes to tattoo removal on ethnic skin types.  Also the colors involved in the tattoo may be a factor as black ink does the best.
