I am 5'3'' and weigh about 131 lbs. I have excess skin left over from pregnancy that wrinkles up above problem is I also have a tattoo of a daisy chain around my belly button. Can I have Laser Tattoo Removal before undergoing Tummy Tuck? If so, how soon after the procedure can I have Tummy Tuck?

Your entire tattoo can be removed with the tummy tuck although it might mean leaving the Tummy Tuck scar a little higher than usual.  Even if the Tummy Tuck scar is placed in its usual low position whatever remains of the tattoo will be moved to the lower abdomen just above the scar.  Perhaps any remaining tattoo wouldn't bother you there or, if it did, you could look into tattoo removal once you've fully recovered.
