Difference Between Juvederm, Juvederm Ultra and Ultra Plus?

There are two types of Juvederm available, right now, in the US. Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Ultra Plus. They are very similar. The difference is that Ultra Plus is a little thicker. It is a little confusing because there is no plain "Juvederm". The original product is called "Ultra" and the thicker version is called "Ultra Plus." The thicker product has hyaluronic acid that is more "cross linked" to make it 20% thicker. Either product is appropriate for the fine lines around the mouth and to make the lips bigger, and, in theory, the ultra plus may last a little longer. Good Luck!
