If you feel that you did not get a significant effect from the Juvederm, then you probably need more.
I had Juvederm injected in the periorbital lines, nasolabial, chin, upper and lower lips. It has been a week and the swelling is gone and so is the Juvederm. Except for some (uneven) fullness in the upper lips, everyone I know said they don't see any difference. Neither do I. What happened? I went to a very well known dermatologist who is supposd to have a lot of experience.

You describe a wide area of your face that was filled. If you used one vial of filler in all those areas, then you can expect to see a mild to minimal improvement in all of the areas treated.
The periorbital areas typically require 2-3 cc for adequate treatment. The lips can take up to 1 cc by themselves and the nasolabial folds typically take .3 to .6cc per side for adequate correction.
You be the judge. Did you have enough filler injected?
