i enjoy viewing doctors sites for there breast augmentation pics. what i wonder is what to look for.  what makes a good breast job?  what's a bad one? what pics should i not trust??

You raise a good question, and many before and after pictures are great.  You should look for good results that you find pleasing and pay attention to other before and after photos from different procedures.  A good breast job is one that pleases the patient and satisfies most of the patient's aesthetic goals.  A bad one can have a range of definiitions, but can occur with an unhappy patient to whom complications occurred without treating and left the patient with an unaesthetic result.  It's difficult to determine what photos not to trust, but make sure you're comfortable with your plastic surgeon and talk to some of his/her previous breast augmentation patients to get a patient-to-patient evaluation of the plastic surgeon.
