Hi!
Most women want to have nice looking breasts. They don't want everyone to know that they have breast implants. So, a bad breast augmentation looks fake. The most common errors are too much roundness on top, and excessively large implants.
i enjoy viewing doctors sites for there breast augmentation pics. what i wonder is what to look for. what makes a good breast job? what's a bad one? what pics should i not trust??

This is a great question. You want to look for photos that are "standardized". In other words, everything should be the same between the pre and post op photos. This includes the lighting, how much of the patient is shown, how far away the image is (is one closer to the camera than another) and the same views. For example, if one patient is shown from the front and the right side view, why is the next patient shown from the left side view? Maybe the right side did not look as good. Also, you should see a range of results and body types. If every patient has one body type and they all look great, what will you look like with your body type? If all the results are perfect, that is too good to be true. Many good doctors do not show standardized photos, so this does not mean they do not have good results. However, standardized photos can be helpful. I would also be wary if the doctor or his/her office says everyone looks great. Ask to see some "medium" results as well; you want to see a range of results, not just the very best. On the internet you might see more of the "best"; once in the office ask to see a range of results and look for patients with your body type and proportions to see if the result apeals to you.

Appreciating good results really depend upon the observer. Every patient is different and each one may want something different. Focus on what you want in terms of size change and appearance and look around. Choose a doctor that you trust and like the results.
