There is no such thing as a non surgical facelift, however this term is sometimes used for facial rejuvenation that involves fillers and botox to reshape the face. Fillers and Botox can be used to lift the eyes and brows, to soften the wrinkles and fill out the mouth and lips, but you cannot really provide a lift with fillers alone. That is a myth.

A: Fillers do not lift sagging facial skin

Fillers like Restylane will plump areas, and camo deep lines. It wll not lift sagging facial structures. Some of the more invasive lasers like CO2, or Coblation will tighten the skin and give a more youthful look, but in the support structures have lost strength and structures are falling, some form of surgical procedure to resuspend those structures will be needed.

Having said all that, there are alternatives including fat transfers, mini face lifts, thread lifts, full face lifts, to name the most common. Restylane is expensive and temporary.

If you see some miracle claim that seems too good to be true, it is.
