You would need to have surgery

David Shafer, MD answers: Is there a non-surgical Breast Lift procedure?

My breasts are very saggy for my age. I just turned 20, and I was wondering if there is any way to lift them without surgery. I am a 32D.

You would need to have surgery to lift your breasts. There is no non-surgical procedure that can appreciably lift the breasts. Fortunately, the scars from breast lift surgery usually heal very well and the tradeoff of great shaped breasts is worth it.

Hi!  People think that you have to get old to have sagging breasts. But some women have sagging breasts in their teens.Specially when the breasts are large.

We often do breast lifts (sometimes together with a little breast reduction) on women in their 20's.  You have to accept a "lollypop" scar, which fades but does not completely disappear.  But most women are very happy with the perky shape.

The lift has to be done from the inside (not relying on pulling the skin) in order to get a long term result.

I am sorry to say that the only way to correct the sagging component of your breast is to reshape and lift your breasts. Beware of breast lift surgeons. There are a lot of different techniques and not all proccedures are created equal.

The non surgical breast lift is called wearing a bra. We know of no way to lift the breast without surgery. Sorry, we have not yet invented a dip solution to tighten skin; maybe one day.

Unfortunately there is not such thing as a non-surgical breast lift.  If your breast are heavy and sag, the only way to lift them is to tighten the skin envelope and remodel the breast tissue inside. This all has to be done surgically but can give great results.
