Aside from wearing a push-up bra - there is NO other real solution for sagging breasts other than a breast Lift (Mastopexy).

DO NOT waste your money on any other "guaranteed remedies" - None of them work!

A youthful breast is not only defined by its volume but also by the location of its nipples over the anteriorly transposed line of the under the breast (infra mammary) fold. The further the nipples fall below this imaginary line, the worse the drooping (IE Ptosis) really is.

If you are rather happy with the way your current breasts fill your un padded bra- you need only have a Breast Lift.

If on the other hand, you are unhappy with BOTH their sagging and their volume and would wish them larger - then an Augmentation Lift (Mastopexy) is the operation for you.

You can read much more about this on my web page - http://www.cosmeticsurgeryspecialists.org/breastsurgery/breastliftandbreastreduction.html

Good Luck.
