Lasers should not be used during pregnancy. Period.  The fetus should not be exposed to any elective risk, whether theoretical or realized.  Hair removal during pregnancy should be limited to waxing and threading.

While laser energy is non-mutagenic (non-cancer causing), it is not advisable to undertake any laser treatments during pregnancy. There is no research to show that there may be harm to the fetus, but would not recommend it so as to err on the side of caution.
