I want breast reduction surgery and I am wondering how it all works.  Do they just do liposuction to remove the extra fat in your breasts?

Hello,

There are doctors who will simply liposuction your breasts, but the excess skin that is recruited in the process may then simply hang there. A Standard Breast Reduction involves lifting the breasts and removing portions of the breast gland to both lighten and lift the breasts.
