This is a good questions! To me, every forehead lift is a browlift but not every browlift is a forehead lift.
The goals of a forehead lift are rejuvenation of the forehead including the brows. Because the brows droop in many of us with aging, they should be repositioned to a pleasing level and shape.
There are browlift approaches that do virtually nothing to the the remainder of the forehead, i.e. no softening of the forehead wrinkles etc.
