Implant type with a prominent chest

Michael C. Edwards, MD answers: Round profile Breast implants for patient with prominent chest?

I am a 75A wishing for a 75C. I also have a very prominent chest wall – bony and the 2nd bones after the ones sloping outwards. I have been to 3 surgeons the options are as follows: anatomical 325cc, anatomical 300cc left and 325cc right (they are different but not so prominent sometimes) and round 300cc.

Round will be more of a peace of mind but is it possible in my condition to have them round?

The choice of implant type to be used has multiple variable. It depends on how large you would like to be as well as the dimensions of your chest/breast and tissue tightness. You have a mild tuberous or constricted breast on the right which is, as you know, a little smaller. I would need to see you but I almost exclusively use smooth round implants so you could have either a moderate profile or high profile implant as long as it fits your frame. I hope this helps.
