How Effective is Swiss Plasma Laser?

I would like to know if the Swiss plasma laser technique is a good option. At their clinics, they offer either the Plasma Regeneration procedure or a less expensive treatment called Oxy Laser skin boosting treatment.

Is the plasma laser so much more superior so as to justify being double the cost as obviously one would want the best results - just for a refreshed look and perhaps a little pigment lightening?

I am not sure which to do and is this a good option as they are the only laser clinic I know of in South Africa.
