I use MENTOR implants

I have used MENTOR implants exclusively since I began my practice and have been extremely pleased with both the quality of their implants as well as their customer service. 

That being said, while there probably are slight differences between the implants, the real difference is in who is actually placing the implants. My recommendation is to rely less on the implant manufacturer and focus on a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with expertise in breast enhancement and someone with whom you feel comfortable. That is really the most important variable.
