A Fractional CO2 Laser treatment a few weeks ago left noticeable hyperpigmentation under my eyes. It worked on my skin though, which had lightened, but my dark undereyes make me look like a panda. My doctor tells me that this will go back to normal in 2 months time. Any information regarding this? Thanks.
