How to Treat Scars from Removal of Asian Epicanthal Fold?

If I get a scar revision, is it possible to remove more of the fold? Thanks for your time, Solange

Asian epicanthal fold

Have you already had a blepharoplasty? This is the procedure you are looking for, no scar revision. I would recommend a good oculoplastic surgeon and ask for before and after photos of Asian eyes specifically.
