I had Labiaplasty 10 days ago. The swelling has not subsided, not even a bit. In fact, both labium were swollen. I thought I had an infection but my doctor said that I have edema and it will take longer for my labia to heal.

Swelling after labiaplasty varies among individuals but it sounds as if you have more than the average. Ask your doctor if you may be exacerbating the swelling by the frequent cleansing or via a sensitivity reaction to the topical antibiotic.
