What is the keloid removal procedure for flattening and shrinking a keloid on the face?
I'm a 32 yr old with a keloid on side of face that was a result of chicken pox. I recently had surgery to remove it by an ENT and it came back. I would like it to shrink and flattened out if it can't be removed totally. Also, what can I do to ease the swelling, pain, and itching when it gets irritated?
