The dimensions of the implant are the most important. Your surgeon should measure your breast and chest width. Based on this, there are several implants that will fit your frame, including different styles such as high or moderate profile. Try on the different styles in the sizes that fit your frame and look in a full length mirror, including from the side, to see which you like better. Also put on different types of tops and look. In my experience, very few first time augmentation patients want high profile implants. Also, high profile implants will tend to stretch your tissues more over time and they project a lot. It is usually a much more "dramatic" look. Hope this helps. Spending the time pre-operatively to select the right implant for you is very important and your plastic surgeon and his/her office staff should be happy to help you with this.
