At least 3 months, but better if you wait 6 months

Sirish Maddali, MD answers: How soon after giving birth can I get a breast lift?

I have no plans to breastfeed and won't be having another pregnancy.

Even if you are not breast feeding after you deliver, your breasts will still change in size and shape. In addition, you need to bond with your new child!! It is recommended that you wait at least 3 months before having a breast lift. In most patients, I prefer a 6 month wait. Congratulations on your pregnancy/delivery!
