How often do most people need to apply Latisse in the maintenance phase? Do you think that stretching it to 2x week is possible? Any folks have experience with the maintenance phase?

I recommend you see an ophthalmologist to make sure your eyes are okay before you continue using the product. A side effect related to Latisse is itchy or red eyes, and your eyes may never get used to this.
There is a counterfeit for everything!
I see this to many times patients come to my office in tears after trying to save a few hundred dollars by going to see a "Specialist" from out of town that came for a short time to do treatments at a hotel room.
You have to wonder who is this...
Latisse is applied to the upper eyelid margin which results in little or no product ever touching the eyeball itself. Even if a tiny amount did reach the eyeball, the effect would in fact be to lower the pressure of the eye, not increase it.
