Tummy tuck prices

Prices vary in all geographic regions are made up of following components:

1) Surgeon's fee.  An extended abdominoplasty with liposuction is more work, and therefore the patient is charged more.

2) Surgical facility fee.  The longer the procedure, in general, the more the cost

3) Anesthesia fee.  This usually is determined on an hourly rate.

4) Supplemental insurance.  Many surgeons uitlize a program called CosmetAssure (I do).  It's an insurance policy that covers the costs associated with any potential complication - your standard health insurance won't.  This adds about $250 to the cost.

Because of so many variables, you'll always be presented with a range.  For me, it extends between $7000 - $9500.  Best of luck!

Prices for Tummy Tuck surgery will vary with the region, surgeon's experience, and your body type (if you have a petite frame, a standard abdominoplasty will take me less than 2 hours, and if large framed, it might take up to 3, and price is proportionate).  In my Dallas practice, you can expect to pay between $7,500 to $9,000 for a tummy tuck (fees are all inclusive).
