This varies considerably depending on the area. In Norfolk-Virginia Beach between $275-600 a syringe.

Presently, Medicis is offering a rebate of $100 for two syringes. Since we charge $600 for two syringes in our office, this comes to $250 a syringe with the rebate.

I would think it is a bit higher in places like New York or LA.
