When one considers the cost of lash extensions, thickening mascara, etc.  A product that can considerable reduce the need for these products may not seem so expensive.

Our patients can purchase Latisse at our cost which is $92 per kit.  This allow consideration for us order the product, maintain the inventory, and compensate for staff time.  We consider providing Latisse, at our cost, a patient service that we are pleased to provide.

As with most doctors offices, we are not in the retail or pharmacy business.  So the provision of such products in our opinion is a value added to service.

Great question.

Latisse is made available from Allergan for about $75.  As you can see most physicians are adding about $50 mark-up.

In our San Francisco office we're offering Latisse for $110.  This includes a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, instruction on use and monthly follow-up including pictures to demonstrate the progress.

In addition to price look for added benefits of getting Latisse from a particular provider like discounts on other services, being able to actually meet with the physician to discuss risks, benefits and typical course as well as an ability to track your long term progress (monthly clinical photos of your lashes).

I hope this helps.

Latisse works!

In my office, many of the office staff have been using the product since its release earlier this year with remarkable results.  The suggested retail price is $120, but there are many offices (including ours) that are offering Latisse at $100 during this introductory time.

As with any pharmaceutical product, always purchase from a reputable and trusted physician.
