How much does a blepharoplasty cost?  Are the prices different for blepharoplasty on the upper eyelids vs. the lower eyelids?

A lot of variability because as many have said it depends on the procedure, whether you do it under local or with anesthesia or in the lower eyelids are you adding fat or repositioning the fat or in some cases removing fat. Also in the upper eyelids one an release the periosteum at the brow, etc.
