i want to get rid of hair for good under arms and on legs and bikini line. will laser hair removel work?

It takes roughly 6-8 treatments to have a 90% reduction.  Those treatments are spread out every 4-6 weeks.  In most cases people will have to return once a year for touch-ups to maintain the results.  You should keep your scheduled appointments so your results turn out well.  If you skip treatments it will take a longer process to get your results.
