long wanted to get a breast lift - mastopexy - but worried I'll spend thousands and end up with the same saggy breasts i started with.  Am i right to be concerned?

A breast lift operation is a great procedure for patients after child birth. As long as you don't have further pregnancies or have significant fluctuations in weight, your breast should hold up pretty well. Remember that as you age, the elasticity of tissues will weaken and the breasts will sag a bit.
