I want breast implants now. I don't have kids yet but want kids. But someone told me the implants don't look as good after pregnancy. Is this true? How bad will it look? Is it better to get them after having a baby?

There is really no way to predict what your breasts will do with pregnancy and how pregnancy and breast feeding will affect your breast shape. I have met women who have had 3 children after having breast augmentation and they needed a breast lift to achieve the look they want. I have met others who fared better and not required a lift or skin-tightening procedure. I would recommend that you meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can review your history, go over your exam with you and then make recommendations as to what surgery would be best for you.
