Forehead wrinkle treated withBotox and Sculptra

Botox is the quickest fix for forehead wrinkles.  But, some people like a more permanent treatment, and I find Sculptra works beautifully by stimulating collagen in the forehead and restoring volume loss  which contributes to the accordion look of the forehead as well as the muscular activity. The muscular activity has always been there in the forehead and doesn't change.  What changes is the volume loss of subcutaneous tissue of the forehead which exposes the wrinkling created by muscular contraction.  I usually use about 3-4 cc's to the forehead and do 2 sessions. It lasts 2-3 years.
