My jowls are dropping along with my other facial features.  ARRGH! Can you suggest some skin tightening procedures that don't require going under the knife?

It sounds like your tissues are responding to time, gravity, oxidants, and other things your body is going through, as it ages.

From your description, lasers, chemical peels, IPL, etc won't work, and duct tape is tacky.
