You have to combine treatments, I don’t see how you can’t. Nothing lasts forever, so you’re teaching good habits moving forward and you’re sort of buying time in many ways. You’re slowing the aging process down; if you make some nice improvements, you might look 5 years younger or even 10 years younger.
But in due time, especially if you go back to old habits (smoking and sun tanning), your wrinkles are going to be right back to where they were and then you have to figure out the next step-other treatments or if you’re going to need surgery, which is where some people are heading. But most people are looking for non-surgical alternatives, again to buy themselves some time.
