I don't know who injected you, but you seem to have a really bad, if unusual outcome, and I am sorry to hear that.

As I understand it, the Juvederm effect is gone, and you have had steroid injection (at least one).

With only that information, I would make this recommendation.  Seek a board certified plastic surgeon.  If your doctor is one, get a second opinion.  I would avoid steroid shots until then, because too much steroid can "melt" tissue.

I would consider a small operation to remove the lump, and any stretched/thinned/abnormal mucosa of the lip that lies over it.  Believe it or not, if done properly, the scar may be nearly invisible.

Most experienced ps's can do this with no problem.
