Can Hair Grow Back over Scars?

It depends how far along you are after the procedure. If over six months then probably not since scar tissue doesn't usually contain hair follicles. If this continues to bother you one option is to have a hair transplant which works well in scar tissue. You can also have the scar excised and closed such that the scar is very thin and your surrounding hair would camoflouge it. A physical exam would obviously be necessary to give you a more accurate opinion. Hope this helps....
