anything i should know before getting a face lift so I won't end up looking all pulled up? I think they call it "wind swept" looking? this is NOT the results I want from surgery!

A good facelift technique will achieve a natural youthful look rather than an operated appearance you describe. This entails a proper vector pull of the underlying SMAS using the extended SMAS-plasty to contour the face. Proper redraping of the excess skin will help produce a natural improvement.
