Does Fraxel do both skin tightening and scar removal for African American skin (caramel color)?

Fraxel Laser for Tightening Skin and Reducing Scars in African American Skin
Hi Nick,
Fraxel restore can be used on African American skin for scar improvement (the scars are improved, not removed or erased). Restore does not give significant skin tightening.
Fraxel repair does treat scars and gives significant skin tightening as well, but is not recommended for dark skin.
