Fraxel Restore if...
In my opinion, Fraxel Restore can be used safely and effectively in ethnic skin if: 1. you recieve proper pre-treatment skin care to reduce your risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and 2. your doctor is experienced with the settings necessary to properly treat your skin. Fraxel Repair is riskier, but not a total "no". Talk to your dermatologist about your skin, what you want corrected and if and which one right for you.
