Do not do Fraxel if you have open sores fromeczema
I am not aware that it would improve eczema, but you could be more at risk of a secondary infection if your eczema flares or has openings in the skin surface prior to the Fraxel as this might allow entry of skin bacteria deeper. It is wise not to do Fraxel if you have any open sores.
