You are talking about having a filler placed into the tear trough area. After blepharoplasty some patients can suffer from excessive hollowing and more prominence of the tear trough.
Both are great at filling in the area. I find that restylane goes a bit longer than juvederm does, but that is solely my experience. They both work well in that area.
