Fill eye hollows

Elizabeth F. Rostan, MD answers: How to fix hollow upper eyelids after blepharoplasty?

Hi. I had upper Blepharoplasty surgery back in Jan 08. The dr was supposed to just make my right eye look more symmetrical to my left. Instead, he removed way too much fat. My eyes look and feel hollow, strained, and tired. last year, I tried Fat injections twice, but I lost most of the fat after 1 month. Recently I tried Restylane and I don't see much of a difference with that either. Has anyone have experience with Pearl Fat Grafting or Dermis grafting? I'm considering seeing a doctor, anyone who thinks they can help.

I have treated eye hollows that were genetic (not secondary to surgery) and asymmetrical with an injection of Restylane - hyaluronic acid filler. The results were awesome and long lasting and the downtime minimal for the patient. I hope you find the improvement you seek - your eyes do look very lovely even with your concerning areas.
