Fi broadenoma and breast implant surgery simultaneously
Why biopsy the fibroadenoma if that is what you know it is? The reality is that it could be a fibroadenoma or it could be a malignancy and a biopsy is perfomed to make a definitive identification. Do you really want to find out it is a cancer after an implant has been placed or before?

Fibroadenoma removal with augmentation
Technically, this probably can be done as long as the mass is easily localized by palpation and you know this is a benign fibroadenoma. The problem if this is an undiagnosed mass is that the plastic surgeon has to be sure that it is not cancer and has to be prepared in the event that it is cancer. A frozen biopsy can be done and if the mass is truly a fibroadenoma, then the augmentation can proceed as planned. However, if there is any question, or the mass cannot be located, or is diagnosed...

Yes, both can be done together
A fibroadenoma can easily be removed at the time of breast augmentation. Depending on the location, the incision for placement of the implant can be used to access the benign tumor and remove it.
