Fee for a rhinoplasty vary considerably

Rhinoplasty or nose reshaping is widely regarded as one of the most complex cosmetic surgical procedures. The surgeon must have sound surgical skills, a detailed knowledge of anatomy, a wide range of techniques to treat various deformities, and a sense of artistry to combine everything into a balanced aesthetic nose.

Ask yourself, do you think the surgeon's fee, anesthetists fee and operating room fee could be adequately covered by the fee you suggest. If someone suggests that they could do this at that fee, you would need to seriously consider if they are offering a safe procedure, with a reasonable chance of getting the outcome you desire.  Best of  luck.
