I'm open to a face lift or facial plastic surgery but wanted more opinions on a variety of skin tightening options to tighten jowls and skin laxity in the face in general.

There are a number of laser treatments available that can tighten jowels, and other loose skin on face, neck or other parts of body.

There is no need for ansthesia, there is no down time, and the results are immediate and amazing.
